1. Making sure the gallery has been sent to the client.
In order for the client to get access to the gallery, it must be sent to them (Gallery details - Share gallery with the Client).
You can check whether a gallery has been sent in the "Client communications" tab.
2. Finding the email using the inbox search engine
The client can find your email by inputing:
"Your name or the name of your studio shared a gallery with you” into the search engine.
This should be enough to find the message from Mafelo.
3. Error in client email address.
Check that the client's address has been entered correctly. Occasionally, typos can occur.
The client's email can be changed if necessary by editing the client details.
Next, share the gallery again - enter the gallery and click "Share gallery to the client".
4. Checking other inbox tabs
Sometimes a gallery email can be directed into other inbox tabs.
Tabs that need to be checked were indicated below, on the example of Gmail (Google) and wp.pl.
