We have launched a new delivery feature - Paczkomant delivery with the ability to select a Paczkomat or PaczkoPunkt on the map!

You can already forget about the problems when the client provides only their home address and choses a Paczkomat delivery. All you need to do is to check the option "Client must select a Paczkomat" in the delivery method settings and the client will have to select a Paczkomat on the map:

We have implemented a small update in CRM. Now you can immediately go to the gallery by clicking on the gallery name in the gallery list. In the same way, you can go to the client data by clicking on the client name.

We have launched a new look for the booking site.

There are several additional features on the new site that were not available before.

On the home page you can add your own text in the so-called "About Me" section, for which you can configure any title and content.

You can also add a phone number and email, which will be displayed at the top of the page, making it easier for the client to contact you. The new options can be found in Mafelo, under "Bookings" -&gt and "Booking settings".

Of course, this is just the beginning of the changes in bookings and there is still much more to come.

CRM is a new Mafelo module, that we are just starting to develop.

For starters, the "Tasks" that you add in galleries can also be viewed in the CRM tab. Eventually, there will be more features there, such as automation of sending emails (yes, I know many of you are waiting for that).

Tasks are displayed in the order of their due date, that is, tasks with the closest due date are displayed at the top. Overdue tasks, on the other hand, display in red, but we hope that you won’t see any of those. CRM will be developed over the next few months and will be free during this time .

We have launched the ability to pay for gallery bundles in euros. You can buy bundles by paying for them using payment methods local to your country, e.g. iDEAL, Bancontact, EPS, or Giropay. This allows you to pay for bundles through your local banks in many countries in Europe and beyond.

The euro price list will be fixed, as we want it to change only if the prices in Mafelo are updated. For this reason, we have adopted a fixed euro exchange rate, based on the exchange of 1EUR=PLN4.30 - 4.40 in the recent years.

Photo and booking payments

Payments are made using the Stripe platform, which handles payments with, e.g., the aforementioned iDEAL. Eventually, we will also launch Stripe integration for you so that you can receive payments from your clients outside Poland for photos and bookings using local payment methods.

We've added a one-click option to update the price list for prints across all galleries at once!

Now, all you have to do is click the "Update price list in all galleries" button, and the prices of prints will automatically update to those you have set in the settings (My Account -&gt, "Settings" -&gt, "Print formats").

Mafelo recognizes print formats in galleries by name. Hence, if you have a 15x21 format in your settings, this format will also be updated in the gallery. Of course, updating the price list will not copy formats that you haven’t added to a given gallry. Only prices are updated
