If the client says they didn't get an email with a link to confirm the booking, maybe:
It went to one of the inbox tabs, such as "Offers" or "Notifications".
Ask them to enter "Photoshoot booking" into the inbox search bar. The email should appear, if it reached the inbox.
they misspelled the email address
Rarely, it can also happen that the client has a full inbox. Then the emails "wait" in a queue until the client empties the inbox.
If none of the above points apply to your client, please write to us in chat (cloud icon in the bottom right corner of the application) and tell us the appointment date or the email address connected to the booking, we will examine what could be the reason of the problems.
