I. If the order has not yet been processed, you can simply restore it to the client's shopping cart for correction. To do this, simply go to the gallery in question and click "Actions - Undo the order" on the "Client orders" tab.


II. If the order has already been completed and the client would like to place another order, Mafelo allows for easy ordering of additional products.

It can be done in two ways.

  1. If the client wants to order more photos (jpg files), different than the previous time, they should simply enter the gallery as before, add the selected photos, prints or other products to the shopping cart, and place the order.
    If they accidentally add the photos purchased in the previous order, the system will not add them to the bill.

  2. If a client would like to only order additional prints, all they need to do is enter their orders, filter for ordered photos in the upper right corner, add the photos to their shopping cart again, and order additional prints in the shopping cart. The system will only count the fee for additional prints.

In either case, it is possible to use filters to display the images:

  • added to the cart

  • already ordered

  • already ordered and added to cart
