To share photos with your clients in public galleries, you need to remember a few things.

1. Files to be shared should be uploaded to the "Photo transfer" tab.

2. The files you want to submit for download must have the same name as the ones in the "Photos" tab (available for selection). Based on the name, the system recognizes who ordered what photo.

3. Setting up image downloads in a gallery:

No box checked - clients cannot download any images.

First box checked - the client can only download photos that they ordered and paid for (see step 1, i.e. matching file names)

Second box checked - anybody can download any photo.

4. To enable client to download a photo:

  • mark their order as paid in the "Client orders" tab (Actions button). With online payments, orders are marked automatically;

  • Upload photos to the "Photo transfer" tab (with the same name as in the "Photos" tab);

  • Click the "Notify clients" button under the "Photo transfer" tab; this will send the client an email notification with a link to download the images.

    IMPORTANT! Such notification is sent only once - the button can be clicked after each order, previous clients will not get the email again.

5. The client should enter the gallery through the link from the email, not through the link received from the photographer (that is not the one used to order photos).

6. The client downloads photos from the "Photos to download" tab and not from the one in which he placed the order.

7. The link to photo download links for each client can be found after choosing a specific order in the "Client orders" tab.
