1. What are bundles and why should you use them?
Bundles are only available in private galleries.
They allow you to replicate the offer that your client saw, e.g. on your website, and present it in the same way. In the case of bundles, the client does not have to think about what it means that, for example, the eighth photo costs 20EUR, and the tenth is free.
When you use bundles, your client has a clear breakdown of the price of a given bundle, how much they will pay for additional photos, and what budget they can allocate for prints.
Use bundles to increase your sales.
2. Where and how can I set up bundles?
To access gallery bundle, create a gallery on the Mafelo site. To do this, click on the "Create gallery" button, and then select the galley type.
Proceed to fill in the standard gallery details. The "Bundles" function is located under the "Amount Paid" heading. Complete the information in the table regarding your bundles.
To add another bundle, click the blue "Add bundle" button. Repeat the action as many times as you need to add further bundles.
There is also "Advanced bundle settings" button below your bundles.
You can choose two options of charging your client.
3. How does your client see the bundles?
After opening the gallery link, your client will see exactly the same bundles as you do during their setup. The client can then place their order by adding the photos to their shopping cart. Mafelo will automatically select the bundle that is most favorable to them, and present an order summary.
4. What if a client places several orders ?
If a client places a second order before paying for the previous one, Mafelo will add the number of photos from both orders. In the event that your client select a higher-tier bundle, the payment amount will change, according to the conditions specified in your bundles.
5. What does a client’s order look like from the photographer's side?
Under the "Galleries" tab, you select the gallery you are interested in.
Once you are in the selected gallery, you click on the "Client orders" tab, where you will see a list of orders. Below, you will find a final summary of all orders placed for the selected gallery.
