This guide shows how to register with Przelewy24 and set up payments in Mafelo.
After completing the setup, you will be able to enable the ability to pay for photoshoots and bookings using online payments.
Important: The Przelewy24 option is only available to registered business owners. If you’re operating an unregistered, small-scale business, you can use HotPay or Paypal payments.
First and foremost
Remember! To activate your Przelewy24 account, you need to set up bookings in Mafelo and add the Terms and Conditions of the services you offer ( You don’t know what the Terms and Conditions should contain? Click and read).

After adding services, bundles and Terms and Conditions, go to the " Booking" tab -> "Booking Settings" and check the "Display the default privacy policy on the booking page" option:
After setting everything up, enter your booking address. Two links should appear at the bottom of the page (Terms of services and Privacy policy):
At this point you can move on to Przelewy24 registration and configuration.
Przelewy24 registration
To register an account on the Przelewy24 website, click on the link below:

1. Log in to the Przelewy24 dashboard and click on the My data tab.
2. In Mafelo, go to the Settings tab, and choose Online payments.
3. Next, in the Przelewy24 tab, click Configure Przelewy24.
4. In the Account ID field, input the value displayed in Przelewy24. You can find it on the top of the dashboard, next to Account details
5. In the CRC key field, input the value copied from the CRC key field in the Przelewy24 dashboard. Save.
Where to find the identifier and the CRC key?
In the Przelewy24 panel, go to the My Details tab. You will find in the menu, under My account - Edit my data:
You will see a page with all information about your account. The ID is the number next to the Account data caption, e.g. 123456 in the screenshot below. In turn, you will find CRC key at the bottom right side:
IMPORTANT!
PRZELEWY24 automatically sets up a transfer of payments for transactions on your account after the amount of 1000 PLN is reached.
If you want to receive transfers on a regular basis, you need to set this up in the "Withdrawals" tab.
Mafelo does not charge an additional commission for online payments. The commission is charged only by the operators - according to the rate specified in the contract with the photographer.
