This guide shows how to register with PayNow and set up payments in Mafelo.
After completing the setup, you will be able to enable the ability to pay for photoshoots and bookings using online payments.
Important: The PayNow option is only available to registered business owners. If you’re operating an unregistered, small-scale business, you can use Stripe, HotPay or Paypal payments.
First and foremost
Remember! To activate your PayNow account/store, you need to set up bookings in Mafelo and add the Terms and Conditions of the services you offer ( You don’t know what the Terms and Conditions should contain? Click and read).

After adding services, bundles and Terms and Conditions, go to the " Bookings" tab -> "Booking Settings" and check the "Display default privacy policy on the booking page” and “Display VISA and Mastercard logo option:
After setting everything up, enter your booking address. Two links should appear at the bottom of the page (Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy):
At this point you can proceed to the registration and configuration of PayNow
PayNow registration
1. Log into mBank and go to PayNow by clicking Mój biznes in the menu, and then Ustawienia in the PayNow submenu.
2. Then, click the Ustawienia tab in the PayNow panel, and then "Zobacz" to the Sklepy i punkty płatności position.
3. Your store should be displayed. If you don't have a store added, do it now by clicking Dodaj sklep.
4. In the box that pops up, enter your Mafelo booking site address and select "Fotografia i grafika". Click "Zapisz".

Once the store is activated
Once your "store" is active - you will receive a message from PayNow, follow the steps below:
1. In the PayNow panel, expand your store in the list by clicking the down arrow on the right, next to the store name
2. Next, click the "Ustawienia" tab, in the "Adres powiadomień" field enter the following address:
Setting the address for notifications is very important, as without this Mafelo will not receive the payment information and will not be able to mark it as paid!
3. In Mafelo, go to the Settings tab and choose Online payments.
4. Next, in the PayNow tab, click Configure PayNow
5. Next, in the PayNow panel, click Kopiuj next to the Klucz dostępu do API field, and paste the key in the field of the same name in Mafelo.
Do the same with the Klucz obliczania podpisu.
At this point, your payments will already be up and running and your clients will be able to pay using PayNow.
Card payments
Remember! If you want to accept card payments then you still need to activate this payment channel. You can do this by clicking AKTYWUJ next to Płatność kartą on the payment method list.
To activate card payments, you will need to submit an application to Blue Media, a partner of mBank handling card payments.
Mafelo does not charge an additional commission for online payments. The commission is charged only by the operators - according to the rate specified in the contract with the photographer.
