Photo export to Excel

You can export client orders to an Excel table as a list of file names. Such a file can also be opened using LibreOffice or Google Drive.

Go to Mafelo, to the gallery from which you want to order prints or download the list of photos ordered by the client. Then, go to the "Client orders" tab and click the "**Export photos**" or"**Export prints**" button, choosing the export to Excel option.

The system will generate the file.
If you have selected "Export photos", the list will include files from all orders one by one.

If you have selected "Export Prints," the list will include file names, and print formats and quantities.

In addition, at the bottom of the file, you can switch the tab to "Photos (by client), where you will find not only the file names, but also the contact information of the client(s).
