The changes in gallery statuses and the new triggers in automations will allow you to customize your workflow and communication with clients even more. And the addition of the "Paid" tab will make it easier to keep track of gallery that are ready for processing.

We have added a new filter on the gallery list. You can use a simple filter to display only those galleries in which customers have ordered prints. This is extremely useful during the pre-Christmas deadlines at printing houses 😁
We have changed the gallery statuses and added the option to turn on/off notifications for each status separately.
How can this help you?
You can set two types of statuses - internal for yourself, about which the client will not receive information about changes, and the second, which will send notifications to the client.
We have added two more triggers in automations. In other words, automations can now be additionally activated after:
sending the gallery to the customer - the automation will start immediately after sending the gallery to the customer
delivering finished photos to the customer - the automation will start after clicking "Deliver to customer" in the "Photo delivery" tab
We have also added a new action Move gallery to archive, which you can use to automatically move the gallery to the archive.
We have added a "Paid" tab to the galleries list:
Save time and skip searching galleries to see which galleries are paid for. Click on the "Paid" tab to only see fully paid sessions by your clients. It's easy!
