After completing the setup, you will be able to enable the ability to pay for photoshoots and bookings using online payments. # First and foremost **Remember!** To activate your HotPay account, you need to set up bookings in Mafelo and add the Terms and Conditions of the services you offer ([You don’t know what the Terms and Conditions should contain? Click and read](https://help.mafelo.com/pl/articles/5469587-co-powinien-zawierac-regulamin)). In the fields: * **Nazwa serwisu** - enter your name, which will be visible to clients at the time of payment * **Opis serwisu** - briefly describe the type of services provided, e.g., photoshoots and photo sales through the Mafelo portal * **Adres URL** - **provide your link to the booking site, e.g. yourstudio.mafelo.net!** * **Adres regulaminu** - it should be a link leading to the Terms and Conditions page on your booking site HotPay configuration tab # HotPay configuration Once your store in HotPay is verified, you can proceed to the payment configuration in Mafelo. 1. Log in to the HotPay dashboard and click on the "**Lista sklepów"** tab. 2. In the list of stores, click "+" next to your store. A "**Sekret usługi"** will appear. In Mafelo, go to the **My account - Settings** tab, and choose **Online payments.** 4. In the **Sekret usługi** field, input the **Sekret usługi** assigned in the HotPay panel. 6. In the HotPay panel, go to the store details by clicking "Pokaż więcej". In the **Ustawienia** tab, in the **Adres notyfikacji** field, enter the following address: [https://payments.mafelo.com/api/v1/gateways/hotpay/updatestatus](https://payments.mafelo.com/api/v1/gateways/hotpay/updatestatus) It is very important as without this address set up, we will not receive payment information and will not mark client payments as completed! 9. In the **Hasło użyte do notykacji** field enter your chosen password. The password **_CAN NOT CONTAIN SPECIAL CHARACTERS_** _(only letters and numbers) and it_ needs to be **long** (at least 20 characters). Enter the same password in Mafelo in the **"Hasło użyte do notyfikacji"** field 10. Make sure that the "**Tryb testowy"** field is set as **Wyłączony.** 11. Finally, click **Aktualizuj** at the bottom of the form At this moment everything should be ready to go. Now, click **"Test the integration - run the payment test**" in Mafelo.
